About me

Francesca olivia

Frankie (HCPC Registered Psychotherapist) is a integrative therapist and content creator specialising in self-love, attachment, and trauma recovery. Her therapeutic approach draws from Drama Psychotherapy, EMDR, somatic practices, and neuroscience - offering a warm, embodied, and relational space for healing.

Frankie runs a thriving private practice supporting adults through relational trauma, anxiety, and low self-worth. Her work is rooted in helping people understand their nervous systems, reconnect with their authentic selves, and build healthier, more secure relationships - both with themselves and others.

She brings over 10 years of therapeutic experience, having worked in NHS settings, university wellbeing services (including Chester and Liverpool), and with organisations such as Lloyds TSB and Colony Co-Working. Her experience spans charities, education, and care sectors - always with a trauma-informed, person-centred approach.

Alongside her one-to-one work, Frankie creates compassionate and accessible content for her community of over 150,000 followers on Instagram (@frankiestherapy), where she shares insights on boundaries, attachment, emotional healing, and self-worth. She also hosts monthly self-love workshops and masterclasses for individuals seeking deeper connection and healing.

Frankie is passionate about making therapy feel human, empowering, and grounded in real-life connection - blending evidence-based approaches with heartfelt support, always led by the belief that healing happens in relationship.
